In the studio, we do 1-hour private and semi-private core sessions geared toward two distinct groups of people: the beginner who wants to develop core strength and functional fitness, and the competitive athlete who wants to develop significant core strength, endurance and stability to improve competitive performance. Studio time is $40 per hour.

Online, we deliver time period-based core training plans for you to do at home or at your gym. Our online videos provide details on how to do each of the exercises listed in the program.
